ASSE Foundation 2008 Scholarship Program
The American Society of Safety Engineers has more than 25 undergraduate and graduate scholarship programs that award scholarship assistance fund ranging from $1000 to $8000 annually. These scholarship programs are intended for college students who are specifically taking occupational safety, health, and environment, industrial hygiene, occupational health nursing degree courses.
Likewise, the applicants need to be existing members of ASSE. The only scholarship program that does not require ASSE membership is the Thompson Scholarship for Women in Safety. Applicants must also meet the required GPA of 3.0 for undergraduate and 3.5 for graduate students.
The applicant may apply to one or more scholarship program by filling up just one application. Just see to it that you mailed your complete application on or before December 1, 2007 at ASSE Foundation
