Medical Interpreting and Translating Institute Online or MITIO, an institution that provides online delivery of medical interpreting and translating education announced their online scholarship program for their students who are working in facilities with predominantly Hispanic patients. The scholarship program  aims to offer training to bilingual individuals at a low cost.

The scholarship program enable the students to study interpreter’s professional code of ethics, interpreting procedures and protocol, as well as medical terminology, medical procedures, and translating guidelines online at a very affordable cost of $250.
