Scholarship Advice

The Washington News Council announced the opening of their scholarship program. This scholarship program is open to all Washington state students who are planning to pursue a career in communications.

Washington News Council will be giving two $1000 scholarships this year. The first $1000 scholarship will be awarded to a graduate of a Washington high school who is presently enrolled in a four-year public or private college or university in this state. The second $1000 scholarship on the other hand will proceed to the graduating Washington high-school senior who is entering a four-year public or private college or university in this state.

Application form for WNC scholarship can be obtained here. Applicants must mail  the completed the form on or before April 15, 2007.
