Scholarship Programs For Presbyterian Students

The First Presbyterian Church in the United States has several scholarship programs that aim to help qualified students to complete a bachelor degree. To qualify for the First Presbyterian Church Scholarship Programs, the applicants must be communicant members of the Presbyterian Church, must be enrolled or working toward a college degree in an accredited institution and should maintained satisfactory academic records.

Most of the First Presbyterian Church Scholarships are awarded according to the need, potential and academic performance of the applicants. Their scholarship programs are divided into two classifications: General Scholarships and Christian Vocation or Wallingford Scholarships.

The General Scholarships are intended for members of First Presbyterian Church who are studying for undergraduate and graduate degrees while the Christian Vocation or Wallingford Scholarships are for those who are pursuing Christian vocation. The range of scholarship awards vary from $500 to $2000.
