The Society of Women Engineers Scholarship

Female students who would like to have a bachelor degree or graduate degree in engineering, engineering technology and computer science may apply for the scholarship that is administered by the Society of Women Engineers or SWE. If you are incoming freshmen for the academic year 2007-2008, you may apply until May 15, 2007.

The Society of Women Engineers Scholarship are granting $1,000 up to $10,000 per scholar. The scholarship awards are sponsored by various corporations who support the mission and vision of the society.

The applicant needs to have a minimum of 3.5 GPA to be eligible to apply for this scholarship. Two recommendation letters and a hard copy of current transcript of records are also required for the application to be valid.  To know more the details of the requirements, please click here.
