Scholarship Advice

The CollegeSTEPS from Wells Fargo is giving away 20 scholarship awards to high school seniors who are about to enter college next year. The award per scholar is $1000 which can be used by scholars to pay for their tuition fees.

This contest is open to US citizen students excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island. Applicants need not to purchase anything to join this contest but they need to complete the form to enroll in the CollegeSTEPS Program. After enrolling in that program, the student is automatically qualified to CollegeSTEPS Scholarship Sweepstakes.

There is no strict requirement for this contest because winners will be randomly drawn within these dates:  October 31, 2009; November 30, 2009; December 31, 2009; January 31, 2010; February 28, 2010; March 31, 2010; April 30, 2010; and May 30, 2010.

Scholars will be notified through mail sent to the address they stated on the entry form and/or by telephone, approximately two (2) weeks after each of the eight (8) drawings. Scholarship check will be addressed to the school’s financial aid office. If any prize notification letter is returned to the Sponsor or its designated agent as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner
