Win $30000 Scholarship Money From Voice of Democracy Scholarship Contest

Winning $30000 scholarship money from Voice of Democracy audio-essay contest is possible because this is the grand prize they are giving for their overall winner who competes with all the first-place VFW Department winners.

And aside from the $30000 grand prize, Voice of Democracy also awards scholarship from $1,000 up to $16,000 to their national scholarship winners. Likewise, each Department’s first-place winner receives the Target sponsored all-expense-paid trip to Washington, D.C.

The 2007-2008 theme is “My Role in Honoring America’s Veterans”. This audio-essay contest is open for high school students from grades 9 to 12. They can enter by submitting the required entry form, along with their essay and recording to their local VFW Post. All entries must be submitted through mail before November 1, 2007.
